Application Process

HighChem accepts applications throughout the year.
Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis based on the information provided through the entry form.

Candidates who pass the application screening will proceed to an individual interview.

Candidates who pass the first interview will proceed to a second individual interview for further evaluation.

Results will be communicated by email within one week, regardless of the outcome.
Please note that the process may take longer when there is a high volume of applications.

An offer meeting will be arranged as needed to discuss employment conditions and answer any questions.

After agreeing to the proposed employment conditions, the candidate will officially receive a job offer.
The joining date will be arranged in consultation with the candidate.
