HighChem does not set an age limit for employment. The employment period is determined through discussion between the company and each individual. 
There are also cases where employees have continued working beyond the age of 70. 

In general, employees aged 60 or older are employed as contract employees.
Depending on the situation and preference, an outsourcing contract may also be available.

The scope of work varies depending on responsibilities, such as overall business management, project leadership, and other assigned duties. 
As a guideline, compensation generally starts from JPY 6 million/year, with some cases exceeding JPY 10 million/year depending on responsibilities. 
In some cases, after discussion with the company, employees are evaluated under a system similar to regular employees and may receive bonuses based on performance.
