We may share Applicants' Personal Information among our group companies. In such cases, our company will be responsible for managing the Personal Information.

Documents submitted in connection with an application cannot be returned, regardless of whether the Applicant is hired or not.

Documents and electronic data provided in connection with an application will be appropriately managed by our company and will be destroyed or deleted (hereinafter referred to as "disposal, etc.") at the appropriate time.  Our company shall not be obligated to retain or dispose of such documents or electronic data in any particular manner or for any particular period

If Personal Information Is Not Provided

If an Applicant does not provide the Personal Information specified by our company, the Applicant will not be able to apply for a position with our company.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

We will not provide Applicants' Personal Information to any third party, except with the Applicant's consent or where required by applicable laws and regulations.

Inquiries, Correction, Deletion, etc.

If you wish to inquire about, correct, delete, or otherwise request the handling of your Personal Information held by our company, please contact the inquiry desk below. After confirming the identity of the person making the request, we will respond appropriately and promptly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised as necessary due to amendments to applicable laws, guidelines, or other relevant changes. Changes to this policy take effect upon posting the updated policy on our website.
